SHIPPING & RETURNS

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. If you are eligible for a return REVEILLE will provide a credit note valid for 3 years upon your items return. Returns must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

We do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'. We also do not offer refunds to customers who refuse to pay import duties and taxes.

If you require an exchange or replacement size , you will need to place a new order with your credit note provided. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock.  

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that we do not cover or assume responsibility for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may be incurred once your order reaches its destination country.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for the package to be released from customs.

We advise checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order. Failure to pay any applicable customs charges may result in the package being held, returned, or disposed of by local customs authorities. In such cases, we are not responsible for any associated costs or losses.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

Returns  are not accepted on sale/promotional items. 

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Reveille.

ORGANISING A RETURN

If you've met the above requirements please return your item/s with your returns form to the provided address on the form within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and email you with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
